Rouge Gorge Papeterie ("we", "us") operates rougegorgepapeterie.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site or place an order, and how we use it.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. We do not collect or store your payment card details — those are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout page and go straight to Stripe; we only receive confirmation that payment succeeded, along with the order and shipping details needed to fulfil it.
To process and ship your order, to contact you about your order if needed, and to respond if you email us. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. When you check out, you're taken to Stripe's own secure payment page, governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical data (like your IP address) as part of serving the site to you, in the ordinary course of running a website.
We keep order records for as long as we're required to for tax and accounting purposes under Danish law, and delete data we no longer need to keep for a legal reason.
Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email info@rougegorgepapeterie.com and we'll respond. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data.
Stripe and Vercel may process data outside the EU/EEA (both are US-based companies); both maintain appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for this.
This site isn't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
